CAPSTAR RESOURCES founder and owner Gavin Bradford has over 35 years' experience across major projects containing mining, tunnelling, energy, marine and heavy civil construction. Gavin has also worked offshore in Chile and Singapore.

Gavin's technical subject matter expertise includes risk management, schedule management, NATM roadheader & shallow cover tunnelling, canopy tubes & lattice girders, drill & blast, tunnel & mine ventilation, shaft sinking, cavern excavation, cast-in-situ concrete tunnel linings, shotcrete linings, EPB TBM's, safety management, major project cost control, and contractor/contract management.

Gavin's major project resume includes Melbourne CityLink, Los Pelambres Copper Mine, Epping to Chatswood Rail Line, Brisbane Airport Link, NorthConnex, Inland Rail PPP Gowrie to Kagaru, Snowy 2.0, Copperstring 2.0, NSW Telco Authority Critical Communications Enhancement Program, and currently, Tanami Expansion 2.
